Abstract
- Objective To explore the spatio - temporal distribution characteristic's of mushroom poisoning outbreaks in Guizhou Province; from 2012 to 2021, and to provide a reference basis for organizing and implementing regional prevention and control strategies for mushroom poisoning in Guizhou Province. Methods Descriptive analysis and spatio - temporal clustering analysis were conducted on the; data of mushroom poisoning outbreaks in Guizhou Province; from 2012 to 2021 in the; Foodbornc; Disease; Outbreak Surveillance; System. Results A total of 1 509 mushroom poisoning outbreaks were; reporter! in Guizhou Province; from 2012 to 2021, with 5 221 c;asc;s and an average; annual reported incidence; rate; of 0. 14/100 000. Mushroom poisoning outbreaks in Guizhou Province; was clustering (Moran / = 0.286, P <0.05). There; were; 19 spatial clusters, including 6 "high - high" clusters, 1 "high-low" cluster, and 12"low-low" clusters. Further analysis revealed three; spatio - temporal clusters in mushroom poisoning outbreaks. Among them, there; were; 24 counties (districts) in type; 1 spatio - temporal clustering, 1 county (district) in type; 2 spatio - temporal clustering, and 6 counties? (districts) in type; 3 spatio - temporal clustering, and the; differences were; statistically significant (P < 0. 05). Conclusion There is spatio - temporal clustering in mushroom poisoning outbreaks in Guizhou Province; from 2012 to 2021, and precise; prevention and control should be; carried out in each spatio - temporal clustering arc;a.
