Abstract

The European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) conducted a survey to understand the expectations of young generations in the field of nuclear medicine (NM). The survey collected data from 190 respondents from various European countries, revealing their needs and expectations. The majority of respondents expressed interest in being more involved in NM associations and research activities, particularly in the field of theranostics. They also expressed a desire for more resident-oriented events, mentoring programs, educational resources, and academic exchanges. The document emphasizes the importance of attracting young talents to NM and supporting their involvement in research to meet the increasing demand for specialists in the field.
