Abstract
- The article discusses the case of a patient with peripheral ulcerative keratitis (PUK) as the only manifestation of myeloperoxidase-anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (MPO-ANC)-associated vasculitis. Topics discussed include the worsening of eye conditions following treatment for PUK, subsequent treatment with cyclophosphamide and prednisone, and the differential diagnosis of ANCA-associated vasculitis even if PUK is an isolated manifestation.
