Abstract

This article discusses a case of a 33-year-old man who presented with fever, bilateral plantar pain, and skin lesions. The patient was diagnosed with keratoderma blennorrhagica, a skin condition associated with reactive arthritis. Reactive arthritis is an inflammatory arthritis that typically occurs after an infection in another part of the body. The exact cause of reactive arthritis is unknown, but it is believed to be related to an abnormal immune response triggered by an infection. Treatment involves managing symptoms with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and physical therapy. [Extracted from the article]
