The research attempts to tackle one of Lawrence's tools utilized in writing his early poems which is colour imagery relying on the close study of 'Love Poems and Others'. The research also highlights how Lawrence has managed to connect utilized colours to the main themes of the poems in order to reflect the extent of these colours impact on understanding the image depending on the thematic analytical approach.
