The quality of performance as an impact by the implementation of e-procurement: A systematic literature review.

This article is proposed to review the role and impact of e-procurement toward quality of performance both in the private and public sectors. For the reason, systematic literature review (SLR) as selected as the method in this research. Related literatures are collected to be later identified, evaluated and summarized. The finding suggest that e-procurement plays important role that provides impact to the quality of performance, both in private and public sectors, aside of several things that should be improved and develop, in terms of its implementation system. The finding also provide opportunity for future research. Therefore, it is expected that the research could identify the gaps that will be presented in research gap section. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
