Abstract

This is a roundup of environmental law in the Czech Republic. The Ministry of the Environment has changed its rules regarding the use modified sediments at agricultural land. The Ministry of Health has specified the conditions of considering the risks of chemical substances to the health of a person in accordance with the law of the European Union. The Czech Parliament has passed a law about considering the influences to the environment in accordance with the law of the European Union. The Ministry of the Environment has specified sanitary requirements on swimming pools, hothouses and hygienic limits of the sand in sandpits in accordance with the law of the European Union.
