Abstract

Central urine samples were extracted from the patients and the presence of Proteus bacteria was investigated in them. Bacteriological examinations showed the presence of these bacteria and formed Proteus Mirabilis. After that, the samples were transferred to the laboratory for the purpose of culture and diagnosis, and they were initially diagnosed based on their phenotypic characteristics in terms of the shape, size, and color of Proteus bacteria colonies. Then, the laboratory animals were injected subperitoneally for 10 days, then they were dissected, and pathological changes were also observed on both the spleen and lung of the histological sections. The sections represented the appearance of haemorrhage in the spleen tissue, and the cells showed damage in these areas, and in some of the areas, bloody congestion occurred. The presence of enlarged platelet-generating cells with a multi-lobed nucleus (Megakaryocytic) is evidence of inflammation. It was observed that there are different stages of degenerate decomposition, and the presence of infiltration of lymphocytes and ruptured pulmonary alveoli in most areas, and congestion appears in most of its areas.
