- Key Clinical Message: We present a case of spontaneous cervical chyle leak that showed as leftâsided neck swelling. Spontaneous chyle leak is extremely rare. Lymphangiography with lipiodol is useful as a diagnostic and therapeutic approach for chyle leak. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
