On Problems and Countermeasures of Imbalance Between Supply and Demand of Rural Industrial Talents in China Under the Wave of Returning Home for Entrepreneurship: Based on Six Industrial Integration Modes.

With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the scale of entrepreneurial groups returning home in China has gradually grown and has become the main force to promote the development of rural industries. In this wave of returning home to start businesses, facing six different modes of rural industrial integration, the development of rural industrial integration in China is facing the imbalance between supply and demand of talents. In terms of supply, labor skills, educational background and entrepreneurial employment motivation of returning entrepreneurs are obviously different. In terms of demand, there are also differences in the quantity, scale and skill structure of industrial talents in different rural industrial integration modes. Analyzing the gap between supply and demand of industrial talents and their differences, and introducing and cultivating all kinds of urgently needed talents in a targeted manner can put forward relevant policy suggestions for the integrated development of rural industries in China.
