Necrobiosis Lipoidica.

The article presents a case study of a 43-year-old woman presenting to the dermatology clinic with an 8-year history of yellow-brown spots on her shins, diagnosed as necrobiosis lipoidica. Topics include the atrophic yellow-brown plaques with telangiectasias and irregular violaceous borders observed on both shins during the physical examination, and the histopathological analysis showing necrobiosis within the dermis.
