Boas práticas escolares em tempos de pandemia COVID-19: um olhar para uma escola técnica estadual na cidade de São Paulo.

This article aims to study good school practices that contributed to effective school management within the pandemic context, focusing on a state technical school in the City of São Paulo. Methodologically, we carried out a descriptive, bibliographic, and documentary study using a qualitative approach. The results suggest five internal school processes that influenced an effective school management: learning-oriented organization, family-school partnership, learning environment, professional leadership, and progress monitoring/evaluation. Furthermore, we found that the good practices related to school management resulted in good student performance in the final mentions, even in the face of an extreme event. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
