小学教师数字素养水平体系的建构与实证检验.

Abstract

Improving teachers' digital competence is a critical component in promoting the digitalization of education in China. This study designs a digital competence level system for teachers at primary schools, based on the Teachers' Digital Competence issued by the Ministry of Education, and uses it to conduct research on 225 primary school teachers. The results show that digital competence of primary school teachers is at the middle level, who can master the basic skill of using digital tools, but younger teachers with lower professional titles yet higher academic degrees tend to show much higher digital competence; meanwhile, teaching years and training hours are the main factors that influence the digital competence of primary school teachers. The study suggests that we should cultivate teachers with the capability of using digital technologies in an integrated and creative manner, establish an adverse mechanism to pass on experience among different generations of teachers, and give full play to the digital technology community among teachers to effectively enhance the digital competence of primary school teachers.
