Abstract

The world's population is currently faced with a new challenge, namely to become proficient, skilled, and able to integrate technology into human life. Classrooms can help create experiences for students using digital tools and working in digital environments. The aims of this study are, first, to carry out effective enculturation using live worksheet-based LMS; second, to show the teacher's digital literacy skills after receiving training and habituation; and third, to indicate a relationship found from the results of lectures and training carried out through enculturation using a live worksheet-based LMS with increasing teachers' digital literacy skills. The research method in this study was a combination model or concurrent triangulation design. The population of the study was teachers who took professional education, spreading across 16 provinces in Indonesia. The sample in this study was taken from as many as 428 teachers. Research data were obtained from questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was a product-moment correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis. Based on the results of the study, the enculturation using a live worksheet-based LMS was able to increase teacher digital literacy in Indonesia. There was a significant relationship between the two variables. This could be seen in the value of Sig. (2-tailed)=0.000<0.005 (5%) with a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.712. Enculturation of a live worksheet-based LMS was carried out through training activities, workshops, and habituation in lectures. The teacher's mastery of learning by implementing a live worksheet-based LMS had an impact on the teacher's ability to organize learning by integrating ICT media. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
