Abstract
- This article is part of the studies on intercultural policies corresponding to the formal education system of the Argentine Republic between 1993 and 2010. As context, it considers the return of democracy, the development of new areas of social sciences, the claims of recognition and identity of the descendants of native peoples, the constant internal and external migratory movements, among other aspects. The purpose of this paper is to analyse the way in which intercultural education was/is approached by the national government -first as a program (under the Federal Education Law) and then as a modality of the educational system, incorporated by the National Education Law- and by the laws passed by the legislature of the province of Cordoba.
