Abstract

This article discusses a case of invasive penile glans squamous cell carcinoma (peSCC) and the use of reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) as a diagnostic tool. The patient, a 61-year-old male, presented with a painless nodule on the glans four years after initial surgical excision. RCM revealed distinctive features consistent with peSCC recurrence, and further imaging confirmed metastases. The article emphasizes the importance of advanced diagnostic tools like RCM in challenging cases and highlights the need for further research in this area. Treatment options for peSCC, including surgery and chemotherapy, are also discussed. [Extracted from the article]
