LA ANSIADA REFORMA DE LA TRATA DE PERSONAS: UN NUEVO SISTEMA DE TUTELA PENAL Y PROTECCIÓN A LAS VÍCTIMAS.

The main objective of this paper is to present the framework of action of the Preliminary Draft of the Organic Law on Comprehensive Protection against Trafficking and Exploitation of Human Beings to shed light on some interpretative problems of the proposed new criminal protection system and to analyze the regulatory framework that guarantees the rights of victims. This framework completes the regulation of minimums enshrined in Law 4/2015, of April 27, 2015, on the Statute of the Victim, in those issues that require regulatory deployments such as prevention, identification, and holistic assistance to this specific victim group.
