Abstract
- Teachers, who also play an educational role according to the law and due to their work contract, have a mission: 'interpreting' class dynamics to better establish educational goals and the strategies to achieve them. It is, therefore, necessary to encourage a welcoming school where teaching aims at establishing a relationship with students, in a learning environment characterized by quality and affective educational relationships, therefore capable to activate a virtuous circle between knowledge, learning and personal motivation. A specific role in this process is entrusted to emotions, which influence in a peculiar way all the actors involved in this relationship, sometimes in a positive sometimes in a negative way, also determining the learning outcomes.
