EC-IC Bypass and Trapping of Giant Cavernous Carotid Aneurysm with Preservation of Opthalmic Artery and Suction Decompression.

The case refers to a middle-aged man who presented with a complete cavernous sinus syndrome and was found to have a ruptured cavernous carotid artery aneurysm. This could not be addressed with endovascular means after two attempts.
