UN ANÁLISIS INTEGRADO ENTRE LA CALIDAD DE VIDA Y LAS NECESIDADES DE APOYO DE PERSONAS ADULTAS CON DISCAPACIDAD INTELECTUAL EN CHILE.

This article presents an integrated analysis of the quality of life and support needs of adults with intellectual disabilities in Chile. Convenience sampling was used, consisting of 93 participants with intellectual disabilities between 18 and 39 years old. The results showed that people with intellectual disabilities have greater support needs in the dimension of health and safety activities, and lower needs in the dimension of lifelong learning activities. Additionally, it was observed that quality of life indicators are diminished compared to expected values. [Extracted from the article]
