Using Trello to Deliver Kanban Style Library Staff Training.

This article discusses the use of the Kanban project management tool Trello to facilitate self-paced introductory onboarding and training for student assistants and new staff beginning work in the Technical Services department at the University of Southern Mississippi. An introduction to Kanban and how it can work in a training context, the planning and organization of training modules using Trello, and refinements made along the way are discussed, along with recommended best practices for using Kanban training in any area of the library.
