Depending on some assumptions, a survey study on the concept of law state was conducted, and the results of which were evaluated using an analytical method. Before the empricial analysis was undertaken, the historicial process of how law state concept developed was explained. When preparing the survey, the concept of law state was categorized based on theory, then questions regarding these categories were generated.
