Abstract
- Nitrogen doped ordered mesoporous carbon (NOMC) was prepared using SBA-15 as a hard template agent and solvent evaporation induced self-assembly of coal based asphaltene with polyacryloni-trile (PAN). Further enhance the specific surface area and capacitance performance of NOMC through CO2 activation. The results showed that when the ratio of SBA-15, asphaltene and PAN was 1:1.2:4.8, the carbonization rate and orderliness of the carbon material obtained at 800 °C were higher. After activation at 900 °C, the specific surface area, pore volume, and pore size were 602.1 m²/g, 0.426 cm³/g, 3.808 nm, respectively, and the specific capacitance reached 127.2 F/g, which was 41.8% higher than that of unactivation.
