Abstract
- This article discusses a case of a 48-year-old man with ankylosing spondylitis who experienced complications with multiple Andersson lesions. The patient had a history of hip pain, low back pain, and numbness in the lower limbs. Despite receiving treatment, his symptoms worsened. CT and MRI images showed spinal destruction with lesions in the intervertebral discs and adjacent vertebrae. The article highlights the rarity of fractures in multiple sites and emphasizes the importance of early diagnosis to prevent further complications. The authors of the article collected the data and drafted the manuscript. [Extracted from the article]
