Reforming the World Trade Organization: Problems and Solutions.

The article addresses problems and concerns afflicting the World Trade Organization (WTO) and proposes solutions towards organizational reform and dispute settlements. Issues central to the institutional reform of the WTO are discussed including decision-making, governance structure, unfair trade practices, special and differential treatment, and appellate body. It outlines policy proposals to resolve the said issues.
