NEWSOn February 26, Alessandra Bastagli will take over as v-p and publisher of One Signal Publishers, a nonfiction imprint of S&S's Atria Publishing Group. Bastagli, most recently editorial director at Astra House, succeeds Julia Cheiffetz, the founder and publisher of One Signal, who left the imprint last month.
