Abstract
- This article from Reactions Weekly describes four cases of patients with multiple myeloma who experienced various toxicities while being treated with teclistamab. The toxicities included cytokine release syndrome (CRS), neutropenia, acute kidney injury, and sclerouveitis. In one case, the patient developed neutropenia and grade 3 sclerouveitis, while in another case, the patient developed CRS. Treatment with tocilizumab was effective in improving CRS symptoms. The article concludes that these toxicities were considered to be secondary to teclistamab. [Extracted from the article]
