Rural healthcare challenges through quadripartitioned single valued neutrosophic Z-numbers.

Rural healthcare is one of the most challenging areas for Government of India. Although several organizations are coming together for improvements in health care and technology plays a crucial role to facilitate this. In this article we have tried to solve a practical health care MADM problem through the quadripartitioned single valued neutrosophic (QSVN) Z-numbers (QSVNZN) and QSVN Z-number sets. For this purpose we have studied QSVN Z-weighted aggregation operator (QSVNZWAA) and QSVN Z-weighted geometric aggregation operator (QSVNZWGA).
