Abstract
- The previous article discussed the pathophysiology involved in disorders of the nervous system. Having considered some of the most prevalent disorders, this second part uses a case study to explore effective patient assessment and emphasise the importance of facilitating patient self-management for improved outcomes. By addressing these key aspects, nursing professionals can enhance the quality of care and the support provided to individuals experiencing neurological disorders. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
