Abstract
- The first issue of Clinical Autonomic Research for 2024 celebrates the journal's achievements and highlights its high quality and impact. Under the leadership of Guillaume Lamotte, the journal has reached the first quartile in the categories of Clinical Neurology and Neurosciences, with a rank of 33/212 and 47/272 respectively. The journal's Impact Factor has also reached its highest level at 5.80. The team of Associate Editors has been expanded to 10, including Debra Weese-Mayer, Alessandra Fanciulli, and Victoria Claydon, who bring valuable expertise to the journal. The journal aims to be the go-to source for research on the autonomic nervous system and is now the official journal of The American Autonomic Society, the European Federation of Autonomic Societies, and The Australasian Society for Autonomic Neuroscience. The issue also includes obituaries for Prof Carl-Albrecht Haensch and David Robertson, two influential figures in the field. [Extracted from the article]
