Experiência intersetorial na facilitação do grupo condutor da Política Estadual de Promoção da Saúde do Ceará.

The objective was to present the experience on the facilitation of the conducting group in the construction of the State Policy for Health Promotion of Ceará. This work is an experience report on the participatory formulation of the policy, which took place in four stages: mobilization of social and institutional actors, workshops to identify locoregional needs and the implementation of intersectoral committees, mobilization for the formation of the conducting group, and discussion workshops with the group conductor. Five workshops were held between May and June of 2022, which addressed the concept of health promotion, reference framework, conception of health inequities, construction of problem and objective trees, characterization of axes, objectives and guidelines of the policy and validation of the base text of the policy. The formulation of POEPS-CE represents a step forward for the state of Ceará, and its methodological outline allowed the authors to broaden their understanding of the different meanings and foundations of health promotion.
