Abstract
- The article presents a study which examined the association between genetically predicted Interleukin-6 receptor inhibitor (IL-6Ri) and sarcoidosic risk. Topics include procedure made by the researchers to genetically mimic the effect of IL-6Ri, reason for choosing C-reactive protein (CRP) as the biomarker, and strength and limitation of the study.
