Cotrimoxazole/dexamethasone/doxycycline: Immunosuppression, gastric intolerance and pancytopenia.

A 55-year-old woman experienced various adverse reactions during her treatment for pulmonary lesions and brain lesions. She developed immunosuppression from dexamethasone, gastric intolerance from doxycycline, and pancytopenia from cotrimoxazole. The woman also had COVID-19 and was hospitalized due to pancytopenia.
