Abstract

Malaria is a disease infection with protozoa of the genus Plasmodium through vector mosquito female Anopheles sp. Factor environment plays a role in risk-related malaria transmission with vector breeding habitats. Destination study this is knowing description of cases of malaria in the district Offer use distribution area mapping case number incidence of malaria from 2016-2021 years. This research is a descriptive epidemiological study with an ecological study approach. The variables used are the distribution of health centers, population density, housing area, topography and land use. The results of the study proved that population density, housing area, topography and land use were positive variables causing the number of malaria cases while the distribution of health centers was a negative variable. This is shown from the results of the spatial analysis that has been carried out by combining the two pieces of information on the map and linking them to malaria cases. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
