Abstract

Serena Williams, a renowned tennis player, has achieved numerous milestones throughout her career. With 23 Grand Slam titles, four Olympic gold medals, and 319 weeks as the world No. 1 singles player, Williams has made a significant impact on the sport and paved the way for Black athletes. Now retired, she runs a venture capital firm that supports female- and BIPOC-led companies and has recently launched her own beauty brand. Williams reflects on her accomplishments, including being the first Black woman to win a Grand Slam since the 1950s, and expresses her determination to continue growing as an entrepreneur and being a good mother.
