Abstract
- This article discusses a rare benign breast lesion called pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia (PASH). PASH is typically found incidentally in breast biopsy material in premenopausal women and is usually asymptomatic. However, in rare cases, it can present as a palpable mass. The article reports a case of PASH in a 30-year-old female patient who had a small focal atypical ductal hyperplasia at the border of the lesion. The article also describes the radiologic appearance of PASH and highlights the importance of distinguishing it from other breast lesions. [Extracted from the article]
