Abstract

This article discusses the cutaneous adverse effects induced by tebentafusp, a recently approved immunotherapy agent, in patients with metastatic uveal melanoma. The study presents a case series of six patients who experienced cutaneous adverse reactions after receiving tebentafusp treatment. The most common reaction was pruritus, which was well-controlled with antihistamines in some patients but required more extensive treatment regimens in others. Severe reactions were managed with high-potency steroid wet wraps and aprepitant. The article emphasizes the need for further research on the range of adverse cutaneous reactions to tebentafusp and highlights the importance of recognizing and treating these effects.
