Effectiveness of Two-dose Varicella Vaccination: Bayesian Network Meta-analysis.

This article presents a systematic review and meta-analysis of studies on the effectiveness of a two-dose varicella vaccination strategy in preventing varicella (chickenpox) infection. The analysis included 25 studies with a total of 49,265 participants. The results showed that the two-dose strategy was highly effective in reducing the risk of varicella infection compared to no vaccination or a one-dose strategy.
