Study and evaluation of brazing leakages in aluminum radiator.

The target of these works is to characterize the welding leakage occurring in aluminum radiators. Radiator is a simple air-to water heat exchanger their functions come to help rejecting heat build-up in the exterior air radiator is use to turbo machine for cooling purpose. A radiator consists of a core assembly and a tank. As the welding process is carried out to make tank and pipe fittings, there is a possibility of leakage between the two joints and many imperfections lead to radiator leakage. The welding procedure used considering radiator is Metal-inert-gas welding through be in control of Metal-inert-gas welding variable were investigate to reducing the leakages or use perpetration ourselves get enhancement in welding procedure. SEM results of defective radiator parts are covered in the study.
