Abstract
- A 68-year-old man with synovial sarcoma exhibited a lack of efficacy during treatment with eribulin, gemcitabine, and docetaxel. Despite undergoing resection of a tumor in his left leg and receiving eribulin treatment for 10 months, the patient experienced rapid tumor growth in his right seventh rib and left leg. He later received TCR-T therapy and radiation therapy, but disease progression was observed. Gemcitabine and docetaxel treatment also proved ineffective. The patient ultimately passed away 10 months after the diagnosis of disease progression. [Extracted from the article]
