Influenza-virus-vaccine/Mycophenolate-mofetil/Sirolimus: Leukocytoclastic vasculitis.

A 77-year-old woman developed leukocytoclastic vasculitis after receiving a vaccination for influenza. She had a history of lymphoma and was undergoing immunosuppressant drug therapy with sirolimus and mycophenolate-mofetil. The woman experienced joint pain, diarrhea, and fever after the vaccination, and later developed painful erythematous nodules on her arms and legs.
