Abstract
- Two case reports are described in this article, both involving patients who developed myocarditis while undergoing treatment for thymoma. The first patient, a 45-year-old man, experienced chest tightness, shortness of breath, and weakness after receiving sintilimab. Despite treatment with various medications, including immune-globulin and corticosteroids, he developed heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia and ultimately died. The second patient, a 58-year-old man, developed acute chest tightness and shortness of breath after receiving toripalimab. He was treated with corticosteroids and immune-globulin, and his condition improved. One year later, he showed stable disease. [Extracted from the article]
