Pembrolizumab: Acute encephalitis and myocarditis.

A 66-year-old woman experienced acute encephalitis and myocarditis while being treated with pembrolizumab for endometrial carcinosarcoma. She had a history of hypertension and a previous cerebrovascular accident. During her hospital stay, she exhibited signs of myocarditis and developed acute encephalopathy.
