Abstract
- A 66-year-old woman experienced acute encephalitis and myocarditis while being treated with pembrolizumab for endometrial carcinosarcoma. She had a history of hypertension and a previous cerebrovascular accident. During her hospital stay, she exhibited signs of myocarditis and developed acute encephalopathy. Treatment with high-dose methylprednisolone resulted in significant neurological and cardiac recovery. The adverse effects were attributed to pembrolizumab. [Extracted from the article]
