In view of the special geological conditions of the Dalian Bay Immersed Tunnel Project, the foundation bed is leveled using the leveling ship " Jinping 1" with full floating leveling, although the pressure of the pile legs on the foundation can be completely avoided, but to consider the influence of tides, waves, wind and other factors on the stability and leveling accuracy of the hull. It is necessary to analyze the self -stability of the leveling ship under the condition of fully floating. Through the analysis and verification of the feasibility of full floating leveling, it is concluded that the process parameters have great reference significance for similar projects in the later stage.
