Abstract

Subsea immersed tunnels, have large construction scale, multiple structural types, high environmental requirements, and difficult construction management. There are many safety risks throughout the entire construction phase of the project. Taking the entire construction process of the Dalian Bay Immersed Tunnel Project as the research background, based on the characteristics of project construction, the HSE management method for engineering construction based on coupled matrix decomposition system was adopted to establish a risk assessment model for subsea immersed tunnel construction. The construction risk sources and factors were analyzed in detail and depth. From the perspective of system, a comprehensive evaluation index system for HSE risks in immersed tunnel engineering project was constructed, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was put forward by combining with fuzzy mathematics, which can comprehensively evaluate the HSE risk of immersed tunnel engineering project. Further explore the causes of HSE risks of subsea immersed tunnel engineering projects from the root, and gain a deeper understanding and grasp of the connotation of HSE risks in construction of subsea immersed tunnel engineering projects.
