COVID-19-vaccine/polymethyl-methacrylate: Foreign body granuloma and lack of efficacy.

A 57-year-old woman developed foreign body granuloma after receiving a dermal filler injection of polymethylmethacrylate. She also experienced a lack of efficacy from the COVID-19 vaccine, as she tested positive for COVID-19 despite receiving a booster dose. The woman received treatment with steroids and fluorouracil for the granulomas, which resulted in mild improvement.
