Abstract
- This paper concern to determine a local energy decay estimate for synchronizable solutions of a coupled system of linear wave equations. Here, it is shown that the energy for such solutions decays at a rate of t−n$$ {t}^{-n} $$ (n$$ n $$ is the space dimension) when the coupling matrix satisfy the positive C1$$ {C}_1 $$‐compatibility condition.
