Abstract

A man in his 40s experienced lack of efficacy while being treated for multiple myeloma with various drugs, including bortezomib, cyclophosphamide, and dexamethasone. He also developed cytokine release syndrome and bone marrow suppression during off-label treatment with idecabtagene-vicleucel for heart failure. Despite these complications, the man's heart failure improved after receiving unspecified nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor. During a one-year follow-up, he achieved a complete response with minimal residual disease, but an anomalous left coronary artery was suspected. [Extracted from the article]
