Abstract

This article discusses a case of clear cell papulosis (CCP) in a 3-year-old Filipino girl. CCP is a rare and benign condition that typically affects children of Asian or Hispanic ethnicities. The condition is characterized by asymptomatic, small macules or flat topped papules that appear on the chest, abdomen, and lumbar region. The exact cause of CCP is unknown, and there is no need for treatment as the condition often regresses on its own. Further research is needed to understand the link between CCP and Toker cells.
