Abstract
- A 77-year-old patient experienced nausea and fatigue while being treated with olaparib for recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer and end-stage renal disease. The patient had been receiving olaparib capsules for 16 months without interruption, but treatment was discontinued due to progressive disease. The nausea and fatigue were mild and subsided after a few weeks of therapy. [Extracted from the article]
